In this clip, Lee Barrison shares his onboarding process for new agents. The process works on a 90-day plan, which starts with teaching agents the scripts and making sure they are internalized before they can interact with clients.

His aim is to make inbound internet leads a secondary income source so that the agent is trained to become independent. Next, the training has what’s known as “go for no week”, and in week 3 they learn more about buyer consultations and listing presentations through role play. Lee’s company runs on Boomtown but trainees are only taught that system once they’ve successfully completed the 90-day training.
