Andy explained that the catalyst to this massive shift was a bad listing appt experience, and Andy decided that he had to figure out the in-office listing appointments or he would get out of the business. Andy explained that the decision to list with his team should be made on their merits and track record, not on your price quote or how much you love the home.

Andy also explained how they provide a narrow range for the home value, and once they take the listing they send a home stager to go through the home, recommend repairs, and why they don’t set the final listing price till the week the home hits the market.
