The Mill at Broadway, an urban infill project near downtown Sacramento, is offering several options for buyers, including 100 percent financing. Homes in the neighborhood range from $200,000 to more than $600,000. The first 200 homes in the development are nearly sold out, and another 120 homes are under construction. “Sure you can sell a great, big Mercedes for a lot more money. But you can also make a good return on your investment by selling a whole lot of Toyota Corollas that really meet the needs of the mass market,” developer Kevin Smith said.
